overall I enjoy my job I just wish all management was more in tune with each department and what is really going on

Never get recognized for a job well done, fair promotions. Favoritism is an issue.

not in touch with employees, micro managing but not actually paying attention to the tasks at hand

The people I work with and I love that the company is family oriented and the flexibility

I think the Higher ups need to be more involved in the lower departments see whats going on and talk to the employees
