Leadership is there to help you grow not to micro manage. I have no complaints. The office leaders I have worked with are amazing and WILL help you become better in your role.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Respect for new employees, and to lead by example...
It would never happen , they are the worst company in the trucking industry
Communication and suppot for new employees. Definately need a better mangagment to train new employees on the expectations of the company. Very poor management with no experience to over see new college graduates. Very poor managment.
