What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Bring in people who know how to manage people when understand customer service And are non-complacent the changes needed from upper management all the way down
Again respect...i was made fun of every day there and harrassed by ny higher ups
Better management and training. Very poor management skills
I think the Higher ups need to be more involved in the lower departments see whats going on and talk to the employees
