Can go to them with any issue and will make sure they resolve it quickly
They care for me just as much as they challenge me. They want me to succeed and are willing to take the time out of their day to guide me toward success.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Respect for new employees, and to lead by example...
It would never happen , they are the worst company in the trucking industry
Communication and suppot for new employees. Definately need a better mangagment to train new employees on the expectations of the company. Very poor management with no experience to over see new college graduates. Very poor managment.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
TQL is the most disgusting people in the trucking industry. Do not trust anyone at TQL
As of now its simply the starting base Salary which is rather low in today's climate especially with Inflation and Housing/Living expenses. I live in a Lower cost of Living area so I imagine it can be tougher in more expensive regions but possibly they pay more there?
Horrible work environment, ridiculous turnover, awful insurance.

What are some of the best things about your team?
They are reliable and show up
We have fun and everyone is positive!
It is definitely very team orientated and if you are applying yourself and showing initiative your team will assist you. I have not seen any instances of rude, inappropriate or abusive behavior which to some may seem like a more common aspect of sales.
We are a team. We help each other out and want to see each other succeed. Teamwork and culture is absolutely amazing. Maybe a little choatic but amazing.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They could again be more respectful, also perhaps be less childish in the work place...why is it some people are getting paid to get drunk at work then drunk drive home..this job was a joke.
the office atmosphere is like a small town everyone is in everyone business

Everyone is kind and willing to help where needed
The Team aspect and the fact you are able to come I and just get to work without a bunch of micro-management.
People are constantly being praised for their efforts

Bring in people who know how to manage people when understand customer service And are non-complacent the changes needed from upper management all the way down

I think the Higher ups need to be more involved in the lower departments see whats going on and talk to the employees

The Recruiters were positive and did motivate and support you to succeed.
No information was hidden or danced around. They were very upfront about training, pay, and goals.

I am happy as this is a Career opportunity with the chance for the growth within in the Company and great earning potential if you apply yourself.
The people around me and uncapped commission. If you dont like your paycheck, go get another customer. The more you pick up the phone the more money you will make.
