What is the best part about your compensation package?
We are offered an abundant of time off/sick. Recently Townebank has offered it's employees personal days to ensure we have time to look after our mental health.
The compensation could use more work. We do receive 3 personal days but if we are expected to be in the office 5 days a week there should be more incentive.
Birthday offf, maternity & paternity paid time off
Overall competitive benefits with other lending institutions, and our HR is easy to reach when a question arises.
The package is more than fair and goes above keeping the employees happy and healthy
