Townebank has been a life changing career. The team is the most supportive I've ever been and willing to provide knowledge. Townebank makes me desire to be more involved within the community and provide support for our members.

Working for Townebank is the best thing I could have asked for. My manager is great and I while it is a traditional corporate environment i enjoy the incentives.

Worked there for 2 years as AVP. Some management is good, others really bad. Bank is growing too fast, not keeping up with hiring for its size.

Needs parental leave and higher pay

We are offered an abundant of time off/sick. Recently Townebank has offered it's employees personal days to ensure we have time to look after our mental health.

The compensation could use more work. We do receive 3 personal days but if we are expected to be in the office 5 days a week there should be more incentive.

Overall competitive benefits with other lending institutions, and our HR is easy to reach when a question arises.

The package is more than fair and goes above keeping the employees happy and healthy

I love working with my team every day and the dynamic each teammate provides. The atmosphere makes it desirable to come to work and to genuinely interact and become personable with my team. Each person is supportive and open to feedback.

They are all approachable and friendly.

Our team is constantly in communication with each other, we learn from each other, and we do occasional social outings together.

The member service flows into helping each other

Townebank goes above regular companies and really focuses on candidates that reflect our culture to ensure we have a uniform team that shares the same desires and goals Townebank has built off on.

They flew me to the city considering that I was not a native of the city and the let me meet everyone and even got to me the CEO.

Non-confrontational, like having a series of constructive conversations, and they ensured that all of my questions were answered.
