William B. Littreal — Senior EVP and Chief Strategy & Investor Relations officer at TowneBank

Mr. William B. Littreal, also known as Bill, has been a Chief Strategy Officer and Senior Executive Vice President of TowneBank since June 2016 and April 2011 respectively and serves as its Chief Investor Relations Officer. Mr. Littreal served as the Chief Operating Officer of TowneBank since April 2011. During his banking career, he has served in numerous management positions in operations, technology and finance. Prior to joining Towne as Director of Finance in 2008, he served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of First National Bank. He served as Chief Financial Officer of FNB Corp. and served as its Executive Vice President since January 2007. He served as Controller and Senior Vice President of TransCommunity Financial Corp. from May 2005 to February 2006 and served as its Chief Financial Officer from February 1, 2006 to January 26, 2007. He served as Chief Financial Officer of Community Bankers Trust Corporation until January 2007. Mr. Littreal served as Information Systems Manager of Finance Department for the City of Richmond, Virginia, from October 2004 to April 2005 and President of Capital Resource Group Inc. from June 2004 to October 2004 and Senior Vice President of Operations and Technology of Citizens and Farmers Bank, West Point, Virginia, from April 2000 to June 2004. He has more than twelve years of experience managing the financial, operational and technical divisions of community-oriented financial institutions. He is a Certified Public Accountant with a diverse background in financial management. He completed a BS in Accounting from Christopher Newport University and received a Masters of Science in Management of Information Technology from The University of Virginia.
