Mr. William T. Morrison, also known as Will, serves as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Chairman of Townebank Mortgage & Realty Group at TowneBank. Mr. Morrison served as the Chief Executive Officer of Monarch Mortgage, a subsidiary of Monarch Financial Holdings, Inc from August 5, 2011 to June 24, 2016. He served as an Executive Vice President of Monarch Financial Holdings, Inc. until June 24, 2016. He served as an Executive Vice President of Monarch Mortgage from August 5, 2011 to August 2011. He served as the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Monarch Mortgage since July 2007. Mr. Morrison joined Monarch in 2007. He served as the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Resource Mortgage. Mr. Morrison served as Bank Chief Credit Officer and Chief Operating Officer of two successful mortgage companies for over the past 15 years. He previously worked for First Coastal Bank and Resource Bank. He has approximately 26 years of banking experience. He has been a Director of TowneBank since June 24, 2016. Mr. Morrison served as a Director of Monarch Financial Holdings, Inc. and for its subsidiary Monarch Bank, Inc from January 25, 2012 to June 24, 2016. He holds an undergraduate degree in Business Administration and Finance from Old Dominion University.
