Executive Bio
Mr. Christopher Kitchen serves as an Executive Vice President and General Counsel at Townsquare Media, Inc. Mr. Kitchen joined Townsquare in August 2015. Previously, he served as an attorney with the law firm Kirkland & Ellis LLP, where he joined as an associate in 2004 and later served as partner from October 2010, until his departure in August 2015. While at Kirkland, he represented public and private companies, including several in the communications industry, in a wide variety of transactions as well as securities law, corporate governance and general corporate matters. Mr. Kitchen received a B.S. in biochemistry from the University of Illinois and a J.D. from Columbia Law School, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar.
