Mr. Stuart B. Rosenstein, CPA is a Co-Founder and Managing Director at FiveWire Media Capital. Mr. Rosenstein co-founded Townsquare Media, Inc. in May 2010 and has been its Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President since May 2010. He Co-Founded LiveWire Ventures in 1998 and served as its Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He was the owner and Managing Principal at AMG Financial Company. At AMG, he established and created a loan source network and underwrote loans for commercial business owners, developers and builders. Earlier, he served as the Chief Financial Officer, Principal Accounting Officer, Executive Vice President and Treasurer at Pricellular Wireless Corp. From April 1997 to June 1998, he served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of PriCellular Corporation. He co-founded GiantBear Inc. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Pricellular Corp., from December 1993 to June 1998 and also served as its Treasurer since December 1994 and Assistant Secretary since December 1993. From September 1996 to April 1997, he served as a Senior Vice President of Pricellular Corp. He served as Controller of Pricellular Corp., from 1990 to December 1993 and also served as its Vice President from 1990 to September 1996. He began his career with Ernst & Young and was a Senior Manager there at the time he joined PriCellular Corporation. He served as a Director of Price Communications Corp. since August 2000. He is a C.P.A. and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and New York State Society of C.P.A.s. He holds a B.S. degree from State University of New York at Buffalo, where he graduated magna cum laude in Business Administration (Accounting) .
