- What would you improve about your company's interview process?Fair and open, hiring managers should stop favourites and be neutral. Bring fresh virtue with cultural diversity in teams. It's all white people running the management.
- What needs to change to make the company culture better?Toxic and biased. Don't provide tools and support for better work, under covid didn't appreciate people's productivity but were micro managing them.
- What does the leadership team need to get better at?Listen and understand staff, remuneration and appreciation for your hard working employees. Invest in your assets I.e staff who work day and night. Stop favouritism and promote deserving persons.
