- How long do the interviews usually take at TPI Composites?It 100% depends on the role you interview for. Higher level roles that are more integral to the broader team will involve more TPI associates on the interviews which will make the interviews take longer.
- How would you describe your overall experience interviewing at TPI Composites?I liked that all current TPI associates that my role would be interacting with took part in the interview process. This allowed them and me to consider if we would be a good fit in regards to personality.
- Who did you meet with during your interview? And how long did it take to hear back from TPI Composites?I met with 5 - 6 people, all had a direct relationship to the role I was being interviewed for. As my role was crucial to the corporate office, I heard back within 24 hours.
