It really depends on the role. Some roles that are more tied to the production process do not have as much flexibility due to the workflow but in other roles there is more flexibility to work from home for example.

Promotions are based on performance and associates are generally reviewed for promotions on an annual basis around March/April every year. In some functions, e.g. engineering, TPI has a career framework and promotions are considered twice annually.

  • Typically promotions are done with the review cycle. The manager would submit through HR and their C-Level sponsor the request for a promotion and it would be reviewed and approved/rejected based on performance.

TPI has a PTO plan - most associates start off with 13 days of PTO and in the US TPI also offers 10 paid holidays.

  • If you are referring to branding, communications, etc. there is not a team yet, there is only one person in the role. If you are referring to business development and sales, there is a small global team that work well together and bring several areas of expertise into the mix that has resulted in a well-rounded team.
