Mr. Steven C. Lockard, also known as Steve, has been Chief Executive Officer and President of TPI Composites, Inc. since 2004. Mr. Lockard serves as Chief Executive Officer and President of VienTek LLC. Mr. Lockard joined TPI in 1999 and leads growth strategy and has transformed it from a recreational boat builder into a leading manufacturer of large-scale composite structures for the wind energy, military vehicle and transportation markets. Mr. Lockard has 24 years of experience in building high-growth, technology related manufacturing companies. Prior to TPI, he served as Vice President of Satloc.
