What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

It's a mult-national, multi-cultural workforce and the management team puts a great deal of emphasis on diversity, equity, and inclusion. It is a very collaborative workplace

The culture at our company is mixed. We have people working with us from all over the world. So while you are working and talking you get to learn about different cultures.

We are a family. I know that if something happens to me or my family, that I don't have to stress about my job - my co-workers and managers have my back.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
