How would you describe your overall experience interviewing at TPI Composites?
I liked that all current TPI associates that my role would be interacting with took part in the interview process. This allowed them and me to consider if we would be a good fit in regards to personality.
Who did you meet with during your interview? And how long did it take to hear back from TPI Composites?
I met with 5 - 6 people, all had a direct relationship to the role I was being interviewed for. As my role was crucial to the corporate office, I heard back within 24 hours.
What should I wear for an interview at TPI Composites?
You should dress in appropriate business interview attire.
What was the most difficult question that was asked during your interview at TPI Composites?
I have been with the company over 3 years and do not remember in detail the job interview questions I was asked. Most of them centered around the role I was being interviewed for and my relevant skills.

What does the ideal candidate in the Marketing department look like at TPI Composites?
At this time, the department is too new and there is only 1 member of the department for this question to be answered. As the department becomes more defined and the goals of the department better established, we can then better define what the ideal candidate would look like.
What Marketing department questions did TPI Composites ask during your job interview?
None.
How helpful was your Marketing team when you were first hired at TPI Composites?
I am not quite sure what Marketing would do for a new hire. However, each location has a new hire process that does involve each new hire receiving a small bit of TPI swag on their first day.
What's the work from home policy like at TPI Composites?
It really depends on the role with the company. There is no official work from home policy or program.
Does TPI Composites drug test or do a background check?
We do both as required by law.
What's the internship program like at TPI Composites?
We do not yet have a full fledged internship program. Our supply chain and business development teams at our corporate office hire in an intern or two each year. However, we are in the process of creating and launching an internship program. Stay tuned on our social media and website for further information on this program.
How does TPI Composites handle HR issues?
I am not sure that your question is specific enough to answer. We have an ethics hotline for anonymous reporting and we have HR teams at all of our locations with the exception of our new office in Denmark. They are handled by our HR team located at our Turkey site.
How innovative is TPI Composites?
TPI Composites continually strives for innovation in our products, our manufacturing process and how we conduct our business in a lean fashion. We frequently partner with local universities and different groups to participate in innovative conversations and projects.
How does TPI Composites measure success and growth in the Marketing department?
The Marketing department literally consists of 1 person and was just started in June 2018. This is an exciting opportunity for the sole person to help mold the department and to help define what success should mean for the department. As we go along and figure out how to best meet the internal and external facing marketing needs of TPI, that will help us define the necessary growth of the department and how we measure success.
