William E. Siwek — Chief Financial Officer at TPI Composites

Mr. William E. Siwek, also known as Bill, has been the Chief Financial Officer at TPI Composites, Inc. since September 2013. Mr. Siwek served as Chief Financial Officer of .W. Lewis Company. He was President & Chief Financial Officer of the Lyle Anderson Company where he was responsible for all real estate and private club operations on a global basis. He serves as Chairman at Core3, Inc. He spent 18 years with Arthur Andersen, the last six as a partner in the business consulting practice and as the Managing Partner of Andersen's Desert Southwest Business Process Outsourcing practice. During his career at Andersen, Mr. Siwek served clients in a variety of industries including retail, high technology, airline, real estate, higher education and manufacturing. Mr. Siwek has been directly involved in over 80 merger and acquisition transactions and over 40 capital raising events including numerous initial public offerings, public debt offerings and private transactions. Mr. Siwek was also responsible for the sale and delivery of numerous outsourcing contracts in the high technology, real estate and higher education industries as well as managing a portfolio of outsourcing contracts valued in excess of $200 million. He serves as on the Board of Trustees of University of Redlands. He serves on the board of the Greater Phoenix Chamber of Commerce and is the Vice-Chairman of the Board of the Phoenix Children's Hospital Foundation. Mr. Siwek has BS degrees from the University of Redlands in Accounting and Economics.
