It’s very strict, and includes a great many successful individuals
Communication, professionalism, addressing problems and recognizing employees who are hard workers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I work over 40 hours a week and I’m a salary employee I should be compensated for the extra
I am a hard workers, who constantly is loyal and dedicated to my job and doing it to the best of my ability. Lastly, management is very unprofessional and act like they are children instead of adults.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Some of the team members are great players, others are lazy.
