More transparency and better onboarding process
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Uncapped commissions with a decent base at 65K
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Salary is more than 25% under industry standard for the area and position. Upon hiring, managers leaned heavily on the bonus/commission structure as a substantial portion of pay but they do not follow through with paying employees those supplemental income amounts.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They all help one another out
The team of employees is great! It’s the best part of the job. Everyone works hard and gets along.
