For the most part, they are humble, accessible and treat every employee as peers and colleagues.

Leading. Stop telling false stories of success to us.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
There's Unlimited Paid Time Off.

Attractive equity in the future of the company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay is lower than industry average. Raises are rare if non-existent.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is friendly, open, and competent.
They are ambitious, dedicated to always going the extra mile for each other and customers, and wicked smart.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Stop leaving the bulk of the work to a few people and pull your own load.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think the company does a good job creating a sense of empowerment among everyone. If you see something that needs changed, change it!
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Company culture used to be great before most of the important benefits were slashed.
