For the most part, they are humble, accessible and treat every employee as peers and colleagues.
How's the leadership on the Engineering team at TrackVia?
Pretty good. Todd Benge is a nice guy and generally pretty receptive to new ideas and initiatives, I enjoy working for him.
What's the vibe like in the Engineering dept at TrackVia? How many hours are you working?
40-42 hours a week. It's really sane here, and I think we do an awesome job of scheduling so that we aren't crunched for time later on.
What needs to change to make the company culture better at TrackVia?
Company culture used to be great before most of the important benefits were slashed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at TrackVia?
I think the company does a good job creating a sense of empowerment among everyone. If you see something that needs changed, change it!
What's going wrong and how can it be improved at TrackVia?
It's a lost cause.
