What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are approachable and transparent. We talk about career paths and where I want to go and what type of things I want to do.
I truly feel they care about their employees and treat everyone fairly. Their employees go on to thrive and this trickles down to how customers get treated which is awesome.
Transparency, direct, great mentors, true leaders
Good vision, cares about company, puts heart and soul and every dollar back into it. Great place to work.
