What is the onboarding process like at Trapp Technology and how long does it last?
The standard onboarding took a few hours. Benefits, HR, safety and evacuation routes, badging etc... If you were going to be part of the support staff there was technical training as well.
How are layoffs handled in the Operations department at Trapp Technology?
With respect and care for the employee. They are given time to say goodbye and collect their things. There is no good way to handle a lay off. However, Trapp did it better than other companies that I have had the pleasure to work for.
