What's the work from home policy like at Tree Top, Inc.?
Terrible. They don't allow it formally. However, there are a few super cool managers that understand modern work cultures and will allow working from home on a limited basis.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better at Tree Top, Inc.?
Concise and effective communication. A lot of fluff and opinions that are not based on factual data. A lot of managers "shoot from the hip."

Better training. Update the office workspaces. More focus on improving root cause of problems instead of symptoms (fire-fighting).

New CEO is a stellar guy! He is showing leadership in strategic initiatives. Communication and leadership guidance is improving.

Benefits are good. Most employees have 3-5% bonus option based on ROI of the company but that only pays out 1 out 4 years.
