What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication, fairness and their listening skills. They always think they are right and they are not always right Just because they have a degree or they are in a leadership role doesn't make them good leader.
Working together not letting someone struggle all day and laugh at them. Not labeling them as a problem but look at what they did to make this person act this way.

All levels of management should have the same standard of accountability for everyone. Distribution of work, performance acknowledgement and promotions should be available to everyone, not just your college buddy, girlfriend, nephew, sons and daughters.

For the area I work in not many jobs pay as well and medical coverage is pretty decent
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is no Acknowledgment and application
absolutely no communication with management. and when there is, they really DON'T listen. we are not paid enough for the job we do.
you are all way telling us how you can replace us. to be treated like a person.
What are some of the best things about your team?
hard working people, managers and corporate have it too easy

Communication, being respectful and working as a TEAM.
We need to be empowered to do our jobs. Now we feel like we need to have permission

Demetra my team lead was absolutely fantastic at her job. She gave positive encouragement while showing very little stress on her face. She was a team player and worked hard to promote the positive attitude.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Leaders need to know all aspects of the operation so they can help out the team better. Leasers need to be professional and not harass the associates so they can focus on the job at hand.

What did you like most about the interview process?
very easy going, easy interview process
that i didnt have to go though a different compay to get the job first. that i was one of the lucky ones
Questions are pretty basic, personnel are very easy to talk to
Honestly didnt have to really interviews new I had job cause was temp first prior to being hired

Acheiving my Goals as Maintenance Owner
Meeting Production goals, avoiding weekend work and when the Supervisor is on vacation/ calls out. The moral is higher and we accomplish more.

need better communication, and a pay raise
Very internally focused in the leadership ranks and we are trying to run a customer centric business like a slow consumer driven business.
Everything is wrong. Needs major improvement with everything. Too much to list.
