All levels of management should have the same standard of accountability for everyone. Distribution of work, performance acknowledgement and promotions should be available to everyone, not just your college buddy, girlfriend, nephew, sons and daughters.
The Leads spend most of their time on social media, socializing with employees or sitting down than actual training, coaching or ensuring that the work is correct.
