  • not very professional at all. The employee is meant to feel like they are "bothering" hr with trivial stuff. and it will always go in favor of the company

  • All business, personal issues are frowned upon. Will find ways to terminate even when they are at fault. I have seen it on more than one occasion.

  • Treehouse does everything for the company to come out favorably. Does not really care about the employee from my personal past experiences (more than one occasion) even when company is at fault. They look at issues at not being personal but business.

Asked to all employees at Treehouse Foods

  • Treehouse becomes your social life. Work was always expected to come 1st above family and friends. The time when most people are taking vacations and enjoying the weather you were expectef to work 7 days 70 plus hours a week. If you had to take time off it was almost consideref a crime and the work load became heaverier. I was out on medical leave after heart surgery and was called many times for work questions. I believe they care very little for you and family and a social life.
