Price of product with high quality.
Corporate unfair. People treated unfair and with disrespect. Alot of politics in the way things are ran.
Working together not letting someone struggle all day and laugh at them. Not labeling them as a problem but look at what they did to make this person act this way.

How does Treehouse Foods make decisions around promotions?
You are treated the same as an outside person. You have to go through the interview process.
How's the vacation policy at Treehouse Foods?
Its great if you can use your days. They do not carryover to the next year.
Does Treehouse Foods have any remote positions?
I believe a lot of sales positions are remote positions.
What's the company culture like at Treehouse Foods?
They could care less about their employees. They expect you to work beyond capabilities and medical restrictions. If you become disabled you will lose your job, it happened to me after 25 years. I have nothing or very little good to say about the company. The benefits are pretty good but not as good as they used to be. Pay is on low end. All i can say is if you go to work for them watch your back. Good luck!!
