Employees are not treated with dignity or respect. You are disposable. They were recently acquired by private equity. Factories closing and in ciolation of WARN Act. They are in breach of contract with multiple customers and do not care about intellectual property of their competitors.

No collaboration. Everyone is out for themselves no team!
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Stop favoritism. Follow the law and stop firing people that act eith integrity keeping only toadies.
