My retirement plan is great
The compensation packages goes beyond the bottom dollar on your paystub. It includes ESOP, medical benefits, heath benefits. The company thinks about the whole person and family.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
higher salary for rockstar employees and managers who already go above and beyond. No need to dangle a carrot they can't reach when they are leaders who move the meter without being asked to. they would retain a lot more employees by paying a bit more money. Instead they lose talent people
Minorities are paid less than whites for the same job!!! Most were inherited from acquisitions, but should have corrected!!!!!
I took the job with understanding I would get paid less so that is on me. The bonus program is good if you are manager (I am one), but it is not equal across all roles. Not everyone eligible.
