What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Holding managers accountable. RDC's needed to be studied more before moving forward - current situation isnt working .
CFO is a bully. CFO needs to be replaced. Need alignment at top across all executives on strategy. Mixed messages and lack of communication from the top. No controls on spending. Needs a stronger look into the finances.
