great experience. company is open to change and new ideas from all levels of jobs. They do need to focus on their culture and continue to grow their leaders to make them better. But overall, great company to work for. Not the highest pay but amazing team of people/coworkers, etc

people do want to help you and not be mean.

great leaders and they listen. Wish they put more time into continuing to grow younger leaders and give them more tools and training to be better leaders.

no tricks here. just want to learn the people who might work at the company. want to make sure they are the right fit for the culture
What makes you most happy at work?
helping people and customers is the best. But when we get bogged down on the admin stuff it's the worst. need to allow people to help customers and provide hospitality to make the customer experience over the top
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
higher salary for rockstar employees and managers who already go above and beyond. No need to dangle a carrot they can't reach when they are leaders who move the meter without being asked to. they would retain a lot more employees by paying a bit more money. Instead they lose talent people
