CFO is a bully. CFO needs to be replaced. Need alignment at top across all executives on strategy. Mixed messages and lack of communication from the top. No controls on spending. Needs a stronger look into the finances.
higher salary for rockstar employees and managers who already go above and beyond. No need to dangle a carrot they can't reach when they are leaders who move the meter without being asked to. they would retain a lot more employees by paying a bit more money. Instead they lose talent people
Minorities are paid less than whites for the same job!!! Most were inherited from acquisitions, but should have corrected!!!!!
I took the job with understanding I would get paid less so that is on me. The bonus program is good if you are manager (I am one), but it is not equal across all roles. Not everyone eligible.

Trek needs to pay attention to what is going on in the world today. This up and coming generation is focused on how they are treated/benefits/work-life balance when considering a position. If Trek doesn't start paying attention, they're going to have a very hard time getting people to work for them.
