Lack of transparency in regards to many of the things happening in the studio. Severe lack of women in senior or leadership positions. Still has a boys club feel.

There are some great people who are actively trying to make things better. Still a long ways to go for culture.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Many other game studios have a lot better compensation packages. You don't really start seeing good compensation untik you are higher up at Treyarch. They also keep people as temps or contractors for a really long time without reasoning for it- excluding those employees from earning PTO or bonuses.
