Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Many other game studios have a lot better compensation packages. You don't really start seeing good compensation untik you are higher up at Treyarch. They also keep people as temps or contractors for a really long time without reasoning for it- excluding those employees from earning PTO or bonuses.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Cross department working is trash.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There are some great people who are actively trying to make things better. Still a long ways to go for culture.
