What are some of the best things about your team?

Immensely smart people, on the engineering side. People that believe in what they built, and that it helps others having a better job using the Tricentis Tools.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Don't use Diversity and Inclusion as you use nail polish: to make things shiny. Actually hire people that think differently from you and accept that they might know what they are talking about. There man/women ratio, or white/non-white ratio past a certain exec threshold if leadership is telling.
