They will respond to anyone in the company who addresses them with questions, feedback and remarks

Stop focusing just on sales and start building a sustainable strategy for long term growth

bonus program, health insurance, and ability to work from home
Holding some stock options for staff that has been around for longer

been here 3 years. no promotion

helpful, kind people, team players
The spirit and teamwork within the team is really great
Immensely smart people, on the engineering side. People that believe in what they built, and that it helps others having a better job using the Tricentis Tools.
The team is distributed worldwide and always having each others back
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
collaborate more. and be honest
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Togetherness at a distance. Everyone is willing to help out if you ask politely
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Don't use Diversity and Inclusion as you use nail polish: to make things shiny. Actually hire people that think differently from you and accept that they might know what they are talking about. There man/women ratio, or white/non-white ratio past a certain exec threshold if leadership is telling.
