They need to be more Connected to the field.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
They divide a portion of profits between the associates. All benefits are good.
I appreciate TRIMEDX for the ways they look at the market each year and try to provide a wide range of options to meet everyone's needs.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They took away our raises and made them into a bonus
Market analysis instead of being the biggest gorilla in the room.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are allowed to fail
They work hard, show up for one another and truly care about how what they do effect patient care and safety. By far one of the best teams I have ever been a part of in my career.
Collaborations and willingness to help each other
Communication with each other. Working together but usually understaffed.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Kindness and inclusion arent just an hr project.
Diverse perspectives are encouraged and I always feel like I am heard. I can participate in healthy debate even if all parties do not agree.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
For things to improve, leadership needs to change.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was thorough and gave me a good mix of the people I would be working with and how they view how my job would interact and best work with the organization.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Not selecting the person for the role prior to interviews.
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting to work with a great group of people. I can be me and get a good mix of opportunities to work on daily. The work is challenging in a good way and I am never bored.
Going home at the end of the day
The best thing about working at Trimedx is going home.
