What do you like best about the leadership team?
Trindent's leadership team displays strong problem-solving abilities within the firm.
The leadership team displays trust in the firm's employees and gives them the opportunity to take lead in the tasks handed over to them. The leadership is clear in communicating the goals, vision and requirements and is always open to mentoring and training requests.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Overall it was a great experience. The instructions were clear and I always felt informed of what the next steps were going to be. The communication was prompt, informative and proper expectations were set from the beginning.
There was lots of communication that never made me feel as tho I did not know what the next step was. Wonderful job!
The recruitment manager was very detailed in explaining the process and helping me get prepared. She answered all of my questions and gave me a very good overview of what the interview process was going to look like.

A great team to work with.
There is a very good structure in place for providing me with regular feedback. Theres clear communication about the goals and requirements. My achievements are rewarded and I am offered support and constructive feedback for projects that need improvement.
