Prior to joining TriNet, Dilshad served as senior vice president product management for the Agile Management Business Unit of CA Technologies.
Prior to that she was Vice President Products and Business Operations at Jive Software where she led product direction and delivery. She founded the Business Operations team and structure that led Jive’s transformation to a result-focused company. As part of her more than 20 years of experience, she held leadership and product management roles at Apigee, Avaya, Sun Microsystems and Microsoft.
