Olivier has earned a reputation as a high-impact business leader with an exceptional record of leading and transforming multi-billion-dollar global businesses. Prior to TriNet, he was Chief Operating Officer for the investment management firm Bridgewater Associates.

Prior to Bridgewater, Olivier was Chief Administrative Officer and Senior Vice President for Cisco Systems, where he led the company’s digitization efforts and managed the Global Business Services unit. He and his team delivered innovative and integrated global services that helped enable Cisco's growth and innovation.
