What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership is gender biased, largely white male. There is a definite glass ceiling here.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Benefits. I am paid ok, but I am definitely paid less than male colleagues in a similar role.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
some teams work WAY harder than others and the pace is different. Our team is driven VERY hard.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Less silos, more collaboration and trust. Better communication between teams that is NOT just leaders sharing information and trickle down.
