What does the leadership team need to get better at?Communication. Scheduling only the favorites for events and only call bc they don't show up for their shifts. Them they call expecting me to drop everything and be at the event within 45 min which is impossible. And bc I can't do this, I don't receive events
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?They give you busy work, look down on you and are very disrespectful
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Better management. More fair scheduling and respect needs to be given to us "peasant" employees
