ANSWER candidates and believe them when they say something isn't right.
That they treat their employees better. The job is hard enough that you can't have management breathing down your neck. It's very stressful.
The salary is pretty good, but in the long run, is it really worth it? Being so stressed out, losing sleep, constant fatigue, it ruins your happy demeanor.

Quite treating staff as so expendable when your company is understaffed and years behind the curve.
It's the business it self and the state of California laws. The only way they can improve is that management stops stressing us out because they are stressed. Some bosses are ok and can keep their personality more calm. Others can become horrible which creates more and more stress.
