He is very analytical and thinks of issues and the business in different ways. This has aided in focusing the Firm towards the most profitable areas of law. He has a great relationships among the partnership and is viewed well by the staff.

  • Promotions? What Promotions? Seriously though . . . this usually involves grant restructuring and/or attrition. There is very little natural career growth as people tend to stick around in their positions.
