Smart, driven, hardworking group who likes to learn and have fun! there are really no egos here which I appreciate.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No equity option, and our benefits are so/so. Unlimited PTO is great and appreciated. would like to see true family benefits, and FMLA options for partners under 1year tenure.
