Pleasant coworkers, interesting problems to solve for the most part, although always living so deep in the car selling/buying world is dry.

Generally good environment. There's your usual fringe-case bad apples, but that's not neccesarily indicative of the greater work environment

Overall benefits are quite good. Dependents used to be 100% covered, now there's a co-pay, but still manageable.
Competitive salary with quarterly bonuses. Also, 100% of medical premiums paid and unlimited PTO.

My team is one of the main motivators of the job. Being accountable to deliver good work for them, and overall good chemistry.
What do you like best about the leadership team at TrueCar?
CEO is doing an excellent job of mending all the issues that sent our stock price down (our current stock price reflects his performance).
The new executive team has really pushed the company into a better operating mode.

Not hard at all!

Incredible culture and people and TrueCar! Autonomous environment to maximize output!

Immediate team and coworkers are great.

It's not a service that people get excited about, especially since we have 2 customer bases (consumers and dealers).

Leadership is neither amazing nor horrible. Just average, which in many contexts, isn't the result you're looking for.
