What does the ideal candidate in the Customer Support department look like at TruGreen?
KInd of like one of those refugees you see escaping a war zone. Underpaid, abused, and lied to.
How would you compare interviewing at TruGreen to other places you've interviewed?
My interview at TruGreen was very relaxed and laid back. It was more comfortable than most other interviews I've experienced.
Who did you meet with during your interview? And how long did it take to hear back from TruGreen?
I had 2 interviews... my first interview was with the Sales Manager and a couple of days after that I had a second interview with the Branch Manager. Within 2 days of my second interview I was called and offered the job.
What should I wear for an interview at TruGreen?
The interview dress code is "casual business"... for both men and women you should wear a collared shirt (either polo or button down) and slacks. The work dress code is the same for all employees both men and women.. a company supplied TruGreen polo shirt and either black or tan slacks or shorts, depending on weather.

No team outings. This isnt pre school
How's the work pace at TruGreen?
You get negative time to rest its work work work and they track you. If they give you 9 min to do a stop they will call you 8 min in to ask why your not done

They wanna make sure you arent a drug addict and that you are willing to work for their "great" compensation package

Customer base grows yearly but only by resigning up previous cancelled customers
If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at TruGreen?
Id take more of a rewards approach with the techs. We are the bloodline of their profits and they treat us like we should live and breathe trugreen but offer us lowball wages and false hopes of bonuses
What do people at TruGreen think about the CEO? What do they do well and what can they improve?
The people I know dislike the fact that corperate is out of touch with its workers. None have a clue what it is like to work or sell like we do. They motivate by punishing employees

You work a packed schedule monday thru friday early. Ither wise its 4 11 hour days and layoff from nov to march deoending on weather in northern states
