Overall, TruHearing is a good company to work for, however, employee satisfaction varies greatly by department. The marketing department ranks lowest year over year because of poor communication, micromanagement, and a total lack of accountability of the leadership team.

Overall TruHearing is a good company to work for. The satisfaction of employees vary greatly by department however. The marketing department consistently ranks lowest year over year. Middle management struggle to clearly communicate project objectives, and dont value the expertise of employees.

Creative Director holds no creative influence with leadership because they won't relinquish any creative contol. Marketing managers aren't held accountable for poor project coordination/communication with their project team. Projects are constantly held up in an overly combursome approval process.

The leadership team needs to get better at making decisions, being proactive, holding people and clients accountable, paying fairly and being metrics-driven.
