What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Creative Director holds no creative influence with leadership because they won't relinquish any creative contol. Marketing managers aren't held accountable for poor project coordination/communication with their project team. Projects are constantly held up in an overly combursome approval process.

Personal accountability, management training, project coordination, personal integrity, and respect for all employees.

The leadership team needs to get better at making decisions, being proactive, holding people and clients accountable, paying fairly and being metrics-driven.
